Why don't my Sims earn any simoleons when they are done working?
I've noticed that when I send my Sims to work or assign tasks for them to complete they don't earn any simoleons and XP, instead I find them out of work or 'done' with their tasks and I can't send them to work again. It's like they did their work for nothing. Somebody help please

Are you sure that they are not earning XP and funds? Try writing down how much money and XP are displayed in the totals at the top of the screen then send them to work. If the numbers do not improve when they return, then you are bugged.
If that is the case then it sounds like your game is bugged. In this instance I would recommend submitting an official help request at EA's FreePlay Site.
They will better be able to help with this sort of problem.
