How to have a preteen use simbook while in a neigbors house?

There is some mission where they ask me have a preteen use simbook while in a neighbors house, how can I complete that social task?
Please help me, it's been a while since the task appear!

Have you Teen Sim use the Show Boat to visit a neighbor town then use a computer there to do that.
