Help? Stuck on tutorial?

I recently redownloaded my saved data and it made me do the tutorial all over again. I have a build a house in the slot next to your starting home, but that spot already has a house on it. I can't do anything until I finish the tutorial. The game is basically stuck. Help? I'm level 21 and I really don't want to restart the game

Can you delete the house. If you click on one it should say demolish house. But I think you need to delete the other sim in there too.
