App has disappeared
I tried to do the latest update, but when it was done it wouldn't let me open my the game, so I restarted my phone and now the app isn't there, and in the App Store it only gives me to option to open it, not to download it again. How do I fix this? I was really far in the game :(

The same thing has just happened to me. Last night I couldn't access the app as it said installing.when I switched my iPad back on this morning the app was gone. I have paid for extras to advance in the game so pretty gutted. Anybody have any advice?

Windows phone is having the same problem. It says in the game store that its already downloaded however it is nowhere on my phone to use or to uninstall. Pretty unhappy- level 32If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
