How do I level up to cook quiche to pass the task cook quiche for the grinch

To level up Cooking you just need to cook. The longer your sim cooks for, the more XP he'll earn. Just tap on a stove or microwave and select "cooking" and than choose what you would like to cook. You have to keep doing it, but after doing it for long enough eventually you will unlock quiche.

I am having the same issue. I will get up to 3.5 on cooking... then suddenly I am back to 3.0! It has happened a number of times now,If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
