How to build a pool in sims freeplay? IPAD VERSION PLEASE

Im on level 12 and my weekly task is to build a pool but I can't figure out how to do it. I don't have the swim center and I have a baby. I have enough simoleons and or lp. I also have plenty of space to put it. I see so many videos on how to do it on iphone but it's not the ipad. HELP ME.

You have be on level 20 or higher to build a pool
