I tried to bake a cake but the cake picture is grey?? Help me

I have tried to make the cake a lot of times now, scrolled to the bottom found it pressed on it but you know when it says level 4 or 7 or something it like that but it doesn't say a level help please

You have to get to the required level AND complete the tutorial before it will allow you to use that option.
