My goal won't complete
I have just engaged two sims, and now there is a goal to call a friend to tell them the good news. They got engaged at a different sims house, and now no matter how many other sims come and talk/interact with them, the goal won't complete.

Did you try "call a freind" on the phone? I'm not positive it will work but it might. I don't remember if that's what I did or not. Well good luck!
