You can cuddle with them, feed them, change there diaper, and entertain them. Sadly you can't take them out of there crib and take them places until they are a toddler which you have to complete a certain task and have a birthday and to have a birthday you have to make a cake, which takes 24 hours (one day).

If you complete the Nanny Knows Best Quest unlocked at level 10 you can do more stuff. You can feed them,cuddle them, change diaper, entertain them without completing it. If you complete it you can bounce on the bed, bathe them, and put them in a highchair to play with food, etc.
