How to make a preteen prank call
I went to my neighbor's house to make a prank call.. But when I tap on the phone, option for prank call doesn't appear.... What should I do? I'm in level 9 currently. Please help me out... Tq

1) You need to be at least level 15 to unlock the Preparing For Preteens Quest.
2) Complete the Preparing for Preteens Quest.
3) Have a preteen. To do this, you bake a birthday cake (takes 24 hours, costs 5 LP) then click on a toddler and make them "have birthday". OR you can adopt a preteen using the phone (costs real money, only use this as a last ditch effort).
By the way, toddlers are unlocked after you complete the Quest for Toddlers, which unlocks at level 12.
4) Send the preteen to your neighbor's house, tap on the phone, and select "prank call".
