How do you make a teenager hang out on the parks pier on sims fr
There is a goal that says "make a teenager hang out on the park'a pier, but when I make him stand on the pier nothing happens and there are no options for "hang out". What do I do?

Click the edge of the pier and the option (Hang Out) will appear
