How do you change your baby's nappy?!!!?

I ask the parents to change the baby's diaper but they just refuse and a sign appears above their heads? WHAT DO I DO!!??!!!?

Move the crib - the sign over their heads means they cannot reach the crib. Try placing it away from walls
