Question for The Sims FreePlay

Everytime my mum goes onto my town it's not up to date and says I'm on level 8 but I'm on level 20 and it says I have 4 sims when I have 7?? Please help!!!

This sounds like something that EA will need to fix with an update. You can also talk to them through their website, but at the moment there is nothing to be done besides that.
