Why I don't have any escalator or lif at my home store?I have done all the quest.It says I have unlocked it.But it doesnt have in the home store

The escalators look like stairs but they are the ones with the glass on the side of them instead of railings. The cheapest escalator is the rainbow one which is 150cc. There are 2 or 3 other escalators after that one that cost up to 400cc.

I can't find it either. I found it yesterday at the homestore but now they are gone?! :s
