Why wont my childrens store finish building? It's been 2 days and it's still not done being built..

If it's notified you saying it's done, then it's ready you just have to click on it if not then it's just a glitch and I suggest returning to the home screen and deleting it from the open apps Bar on the bottom when you double tap the home button. Hope this helps!

I also can't finish building and it says negative numbers... It says 36 hours but it's already finish and it's 100% already... Did the date and time money cheat affected it???
