How do you unlock the beach property it just has a gate there and I can't figure out how to open it?

You need to complete a specific set of tasks, which you can find on the icon just beside the Camera button in The Town Map.

There is nothing there exept a camara zoom I want my sims to go the beach n the beach side escape but they won't go
