Question for The Sims FreePlay

My cat is stuck in the middle of the road. I've tried relocating it but it always ends up in the middle of the road no matter which house I try sending it to.. It won't come when called either. How can I get the cat back in the yard so it can dig and interact with Sims?

It will stay there and get hit by a Car, no not really. Have you tried restarting your game? Or if that doesn't work restart you device.
