How to build house at beach area?I've build the real estate agent working place.What should I do?Can I change it?

If you have build the real estate place then you must have completed some of the "prepare for expansion" Goals. Keep completing these goals to gain access to the beachside lots.

Im having the same problem as this guy but the goals disappeared after I bought the real estate agency

You complete the Goals which you can find near the Camera button. After you complete about 5 of those goals (theyre simple ones lkke buy a magazine stack in the living room home store) you unlock the option to buy a agency. More goals follow. About 8-9. Theyre more like Buy Promotions R Us. And Have a Sim Work At The Relater Agency. Then you unlock the beach property more might follow I havnt gotten anh farther. The goals are a great easy way to earn life style point fast while waiting to complete the normal goals

How do I get rid of the gingerbread house in the architect category when buying a house. It's annoying and they are all ugly I want the regular Houses back help!
