Question for The Sims FreePlay
Hi. Where is the Encyclopedia that I need my Sim to read. I have bought a couple of book things, but neither seem to be it. Please help. Thank you!

Buy a bookshelf. The Adult one not the pre-teens version. The option to read the encyclopedia is there when you click on said bookshelf.

Buy a bookshelf from the living room tab of the home store, not from the preteen section. Then have an Adult sim select it and read encyclopedia will be an option.
