I need to pass the girl for getting a free package in the online store but my server always times out. Help?

Try disconnecting and reconnecting to your wi-Fi. Also try turning your device on and off - and not just to sleep, but actually OFF. And delete the app from your history then reenter the app. One of these three things, or a combination of all three, usually solve glitches in this game for me.
