How do you splash another sim in the pool

Select the sim in the pool that you want doing the splash, click on another sim, also in the pool that you want to splash water at, 3 options should appear, one of which is to splash water.

To sum it all up. First make sure the pool is clean or it won't work. Have one sim get in to swim. When you tell the second sim to get into the pool you will get the option to have them splash (also a couple of other options but choose splash since it is the goal.)

I don't see that option. I can only put one sim at a time.
