Buy a bookshelf from the living room tab of the home store (a preteen sim bookcase will not work.) click on the bookshelf and read pulp novel will be an option. Do this in the morning to complete this goal.

Go into the store for I think the living room, buy a bookcase. Then just click on it and it'll give you an option to read a pulp novel.. And do that in the morning I guess..lol.
