How do I clean up a vomit puddle that's on the swimming pool at the Swimming Centre?

It's there and it's there forever. You can try pressing it and look for the option but other than that, no.

You decrease the size of the pool then increase It again

You can't decrease the size of the pool at the swim center

You will need your weather machine. Place it at the house that has vomit in the pool then 'make it snow'. Once you do this, the pool will freeze over and you'll be able to click directly on the vomit puddle and clean it up.
