To grow a preteen into an Adult you must send them to School 20 times to get their grade up to an A average. Then when you bake your birthday cake, it should say ,"Have birthday".

This is not true. I have two preteen sims with grades over A and they still can't have birthdays.

Can anyone confirm if the answer above is true?
I'm under the impression that Preteens cannot Age into Adults in the current update.
