Question for The Sims FreePlay
My sim won't don't anything blue footprints a in a white cloud pop over head and she waves her hands and don't do anything like design clothes shower pee eat etc..

The blue footprints mean that she can not walk to wherever you are trying to get her to go. Maybe there are Items blocking her? Check the floor to make sure. There may be items you haven't noticed blocking her, like a dog bone or frizbee. The dog bones especially can be very hard to Notice. Is she surrounded by furniture? Or could there not be a door to the room where you are trying to get her to go? Check. You also could have accidentally removed to door to the room she is in, meaning she can't leave.
