I won a fisherman outfit after collecting all items. Where can I go to get that outfit?

To do this you HAVE to have the costume shop. I just did the Fashion challenge and thought the gardening outfit was in the change-a-sim. Then I went to the coustume shop and found it for 7,000 Simoleons.

This is how to get a sim to wear it please note only one person can wear it.
1. Build the costume shop
2. Go to the costume shop
3. Select a sim to wear it
4. Spend the $7000 needed
