You probably can't. The time cheat messes up a lot of stuff, so don't use it. Try setting your time back to normal and restarting your device. If those don't work than try reinstalling the app after you save your progress. If that doesn't work then contact EA to see what their solution is.
Also, consider waiting until after the next update to see if it fixes anything. If not, than follow the steps I mentioned above.
