Question for The Sims FreePlay

Why do preteens have different coloured uniforms iv got 2 preteens and 1 wears a blue uniform and the other seas yellow why?

I think because they have gone up a higher level in School. For example. My preteen had a B average and they have a blue uniform. But my other one has a C+ average and they have a green uniform.
