How long doescit take for a new sim to arrrive after you start buliding shelter a home for it I have been waiting all day gahlee :( :( :(

Actually, the only thing that takes time is building the house. After it's built you just tap on the flashing icon and you'll be taken to the create-a-sim page. From there design the sim you want and after you're done he/she will be added to the town.
