Is it possible to skip a goal? If it is pls tell me how to do it!

I wasn't able to skip Goals until level 23. Dunno why!:-/ when the box appears with the goal in, there's a yellow circle on the right side with >| in it. You press that. Most goals cost 5 LP to skip

I got to skip mine from like level 15. I think it depends on what goal you're on. .good luck
