Question for The Sims FreePlay

When Moving And Selling Furniture There Are 3 Icons, A Tick, A Cross and A Grey One. I Accidently Pressed This Grey Button And It Deleted The Fireplace and Many Other Items From Before. What Does This Icon Do and How Can I Get Them Back?

I am pretty sure that you pressed the inventory button. Open the build menu and tap on inventory then tap on the categories your item was in and then take out the Items.
