Question for The Sims FreePlay

Basically, I demolished a house, and built an "empty lot" over it, to add a sim. The lot is complete, but whenever I click on the house icon, to get my new sim, the screen goes black, and the app closes. I can't just build another house, b/c it says I need to finish the lot first. What do I do? Is there a way I can reset the app without losing my data? Thanks!

This is yet another glitch in the game. If the game crashes than this isn't something you can fix, it's something EA will have to fix through an update. Try contacting them through their website and report the glitch so they can fix it. You can try restarting your device and reinstalling the app after you save the data. Neither will probably fix it, so your best bet is just to report this to EA.
