Question for The Sims FreePlay

I went on the store and clicked free LP and watched a via mode video. It said to download the app so I did but now when I go on sims freeplay it won't let me back on the game. Can anyone help me?????!!!!!

It did the exact same thing to me to I think it's just being slow but please let me know if you get off it.

Delete it then re download it
