How to remove one via create a sim menu
I am trying to build another house and it says you have to be on level 18 to build another house but it says try removing one via create a sim menu

That means you can delete a Sim and replace it with a new one. Go a whichever Sim you want to delete, tap the person/sim icon on the bottom right, and then the top left red button to delete. Do not know what happens from there. Good luck.
