Well I don't think you can sell the house however you can demolish it. From what I've heard, people say it's better off selling each room than demolishing it, you apparently get more money. But it is your choice. If you want to demolish the house you press on it and there's a thing saying demolish house. U press on that, but I don't know if there is a sell the house option but if there is do the same process as demolishing the house.
