Im level 25 and I don't know what the highest level is??!?!

I don't think that level 25 is the highest, I wouldn't worry about maxing out on your level. It will start to take a long time for you to level up and even if you do eventually reach the max level it shouldn't affect your Game Play in the least.

Of course level 100, that is the usual highest level in any game
