Just buy 2000worth of garden stufff for one house

Go to Ur town value n see how much u need to upgrade. Usually when u upgrade, it gives u (1)lp so go to the town map and buy a building that will upgrade Ur town value and when it is done being built the lp will be given along with a new sim unlocked etc
