In one of the Quests you are able to go to a neighbour. To do this you must be logged on to either Facebook or Game Centre and have some friends that play the same game. You can visit their village by pressing the globe button, next to the shopping button. You must also have a sim that is not doing a task. You choose that sim and it will take you there.
