I was stuck on this same goal! But,I figured it all out. You have to have at least two Sims. Get one Sim and they CAN'T be glowing. (Sparkling, shining, ect) Then right by the goal area there is a cupcake. Click it. Then a orange button will pop up and you hit it! If your Sim is already inspired the cupcake will be white! There you go! Hope this help c:

All you need to do is click on the cupcake for both sims each and when it's white it is inspired

Just film up the things on the left side, until they are almost full, and then they both will "sparkle" and then they are inspired;)

When you click the cupcake a orange button comes up asking for 5 lp points

Well I did it in it worked just go to the cupcake click than
You sims will sparkle if you have enought points.Than
Do the same for the other sim.
