Question for The Sims FreePlay
I've played a lot these past weeks and had earned 180.000 simoleons. I then wanted to add a sim (75.000 simoleons) to a house, but when I clicked "add a sim" nothing happened. The screen showed the sim logo and just stood there, so I got impatient and went back to try again. The same thing happened and I went back again and decided to try again tomorrow. But nok I noticed that I had paid for adding a sim twice!!! There was only 30.000 left on my account and I had spent 150.000 simoleons on a sim that I didn't even get!!! I'm gutted and really just wanna delete the game right now. Does anyone know if there is a way to get my hard earned simoleons or the lost sims, back ???

I don't think that is possible, however you can go review the app and give it like 1 star and warn other people about what has happened to you. Apple might be able to help, but seeing as how you didn't buy the Simoleons, you earned them in the game, I don't think there will be much, if anything, that they can do.
