Question for The Sims FreePlay

I have a problem with the game. I built a new house and when I went to create a new sim everything went normally untill I left the house. When I went back it was still in the building mode so I made a new sim. Now I have 10 sims in that one house and 21 sims all together even though the sims count in the top is 11. How can I get the game to work?

I have the same problem. This is a known fault with the game. Report the problem to EA, the more people that complain, the more likely that we'll get an update to fix it.
