How I can do it this?Take one of your a spin on the Town Map and collect some cash.

If they have a Car, click on the car and select 'Go for a drive'. If you don't then you need to buy one from the car sales showroom (there are a couple of models which are free). If you don't have a showroom then you need to build one.
When you do send the sim for a drive, bring up The Town Map and you will see cars driving around. The sim's Car will be identified by the little diamond icon. Occasionally little bubbles will appear for you to click on and you collect cash by doing so.
