Question for The Sims FreePlay

I am now ready to erase this game. I have had nothing but problems and they are certainly good at getting you hooked and not being there to support you when you have a problem. I have the same problem others have now where you can't add just one sim but have to keep adding more and more to a house. This glitch must be something they can't fix as I can't even submit question to the EA question site, it keeps taking me back to start when I try to submit notification contact choice. The phone line tells you to go online then hangs up on you. Some customer support. I have alread made several purchases of money and LP's and now I guess I am out of luck.

I'm experiencing the exact same problem. Every time I click on the new development of land/house it takes me to the sim generator and makes a new sim every time I try to access the site. So annoying.

So I guess we are out of luck with them fixing this problem. At least now when I go into the house, add a sim, when i leave i deleat one sim so I'm staying at the number. Unfortuantely, i cannot add more sims in other houses and get no more LP's for doing so. I guess it's time to deleate this game.

Ok, I had that exact same problem with a house I accidentally built. I know the solution. If you are on an odd numbered level, you can't add a new sim. When this happened to me I was on level 29, and then I realized that I couldn't actually add another sim until level 30. Wait until you are on the next level, and then the others that you kept making will be gone and the house will be empty so you can make the real sim that you want to live there.
