I am using the iPad and can't figure out where to buy lighting. I can find the lighting on my iPhone, just not the iPad...

The lighting tab can be found on the far right of the tabs, after Pets and Decorations.

This is probably a glitch. You can try restarting your phone, and that might help, but go to the build section and look under lighting. If it isn't there then it can't be fixed unless the next app update fixes it.
