It's the same as it's always been, there's nothing special about the Easter upgrade for lifestyle points- if you click on the button that shows your Quests, in the top left you should see a button and if you click on it you can watch videos to get Simoleons, XP, lifestyle points, and Social Points. Every day they will let you have a maximum of two LP though, but it will reappear the next day for you to get more. You can also complete offers by going to the in game store and in the top right it should say FREE and an LP symbol or something like that- if you tap it there are sometimes offers you can complete for LP for free.
