Are there any difference in the cribs? Some are really cheaper.

The only differences are how big the place is, how nice it is, how nice the stuff in it is, and how much stuff is in it/around it. That's about it, so instead of making your own mansion from scratch you can just buy one and have lots of stuff already installed.
