How do I exit from the game?

Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do I exit from the game? There is no option for this, everytime I want to quit I have to hold in the task manager button and exit all open applications. Please help

You just hit your home button. It never cuts off, it's a real time game so it will be running even if you aren't playing it. So the only thing I can think of is hit the home button to go back to your home screen. I don't know if you have a iPad an iPhone or an android, I have an android tablet and I just hit the home button.

I know that you can save and exit on android but how do you it on ios?Guest answered:
I'm only on level 3 and it says I need to go to the clothing store and I have to do this to move on, but idk how to get to the store!
