Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I am on level 26 and there are buildings which are locked but should be unlocked. Like channel 6! Says it needs level 23. I am past 23, why is it still locked? How do I unlock?

All the Buildings are unlocked in sequence via quests. Quests seem to pop up every few days and WILL lag behind your level. Just sit tight and save Money. Then when you do get the quest you can build right away...and maybe have leftover to decorate, I don't know how rich you are. ADD ME iMelanson8

Go to ea forums and read the quests that need to be done to prompt the build. If you keep your Characters busy, the build may not prompt until The Characters involved in the prompt are free.

You need to complete the mandatory quest tasks to open that one and some others like it.

If you are still doing missions that are before the level 23 ones then they have to be done first before you can actually do that mission.
