I got it when skinner was done with a quest I sent him on. I was on level 17, and trying to earn money for a police station. I think Bart first has to have a quest to skip school, and the dialogue says something like Bart wants Lisa to cover for him. (8 hours if skipping school, and skinner has a statement, where he then knows Bart skipped school. ) then Lisa prods you to build a library.

I am also past level 17 and I have not been given a prompt or quest to add a library. I also dont have Bart. Is there someplace that tells what you should have or be able to do or people you should have at what level? What happens if I dont add any friends? I'm not sure I want others messing with my springfield and is why I havent added. hope you can help.

are you prevented from going on to other levels? I'm on level 21 and it seems to be stuck. My Xps are maxed and i am not getting any more xps added to the count. I get money but Xps are not moving on.???

So -can- you actually miss the chance to get characters or buildings if you are leveling higher than the building/character is? I.e. I'm on level 14 and have yet to get Bart or the library or Androids Dungeon. Do they just eventually sync into the game or if you do the quests, sometimes rush them, can it be that some things will never be unlocked? Poor programming if that's the case...thanks for any help

or if u dont have bart u can have bumblebee guy and he confesses saying he isnt spanish and hes from norway then he ss he only knows a few spaniah words and phrase then lisa then makes u try yo build speingfiel library..but im SORRY u will need to do something after that so what i weote before was just a head start for u..

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I'm past level 12 and have yet to receive a request from Milhouse for him and Lisa to walk to school together. Will I never get Bart? Is it possible to skip by levels and not get quests for new characters?

To get Bart's Tree House it requires both Lisa & Milhouse. In order to have the quest pop up leave Lisa and Milhouse to wander a bit instead of assigning them to tasks (I left them over night). The quest will then come, Lisa & Milhouse go to school for 6 hours. Hope this helps, cheers!

First you have to let Burns finish two queste. After that milhouse Will ask Lisa to walk to school together. Thatsall when hÃ¨ tells how to unlock Barts treehouse. Than Bart has to skip school and ask Lisa to cover up for him. Then THE queste for THE library is started.

I've done the Bart quest and nothing ever popped up about a library. This is my only problem with the game, it should allow you to choose the quest you want to play as long as you have reached or exceeded the appropriate level :/

I've unlocked bumblebeeman and he's asking for the library, but it's locked. I'm on level 12... Tad annoying, especially with all the limited edition quests for halloween and thanksgiving. Poor programming

What I've worked out is that the quests have to go in sequence, that is the sequence they are in the "build strip" as they become unlocked..so if you have gone through the levels too quickly, you have to just keep plodding through all the various buildings (houses, quests, side-quest etc) till it catches up and synchronises again. Poor programming, but there you go! Home it helps.
