The same way as everyone else has to. It's a game, the idea is that you spend time and effort Building a town from scratch so that you feel a sense of achievement, and are happy with the game, what's the point of downloading a game if all you're going to do is instantly search for Cheats? If you were able to raise enough Money to build 2 or 3 Buildings a day then you'd be done with the game in a week and complain that it's too easy.
